What does an InkWyrm membership include?
Every membership unlocks the full app: unlimited Ledgers, bank connections through Plaid, automatic transaction imports, shared Ledgers with up to four people, cash-flow planning, Vaults, Curse tracking, Tolls, Chronicles, and every feature we release in the future.
How does billing work?
Memberships are billed by Stripe and automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel first. Monthly plans renew every month; yearly plans renew once per year. You can cancel anytime from your account settings.
What is the Founder's Pact?
Founder's Pact ($5.99 / month, $59 / year) is the current launch rate, reserved for the first 50 members. That price is lifetime-locked: as long as your subscription stays active, it never changes. Standard Membership ($12.99 / month, $99 / year) is the ongoing rate.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Subscription or by emailing support@inkwyrm.app. After cancelling, you keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
All sales are final and we do not offer refunds, except where required by applicable law. You can cancel anytime to stop future charges.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never store your full card number or banking credentials on our servers.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?
Yes. You can change your billing interval from your account settings. The change takes effect at your next renewal.
